Thanks for all of the suggestions... I have just finished Day 11 of my Gluten Free OMS challenge. The only real change I can see is that I've lost 1.5kg and that's mostly because I have no idea what to eat and am hungry all the time.

I am loving my chia puddings for breakfast. A friend suggested it... and it's pretty much exactly as you suggested Miss J. I'm pretty sure you are that friend and that I know you in real life ;) Many thanks xo
I always have cooked baked potato or sweet potato on hand in the fridge.
Re gluten and sensitivity - this is a good article and exactly what the dietician said to my husband when he tested as being wheat intolerant. Not sure exactly is causing the problem with him.
