I am a bit confused about sugar. Is it ok? I have sugar in tea and coffee when I have them, so was thinking that's not v much, but wondered if I should switch to honey or maple syrup or agave syrup instead?
Is sugar really bad?
I think it's going to take me a while to get my head around all of this....!
As my sugar intake has plummeted due to cutting out choc and cake, I think it is now fairly low. Although I am eating a lot of fruit and dried fruit and also mums homemade jam...?
If you must have sugar then unrefined is better.
Are you dairy free now?
Sugar is inflammatory and does make some people feel a lot worse, me included.
