Hi all,
Does anyone know if the plain Alpro yogurt (from the fridge section ) is ok for us? It says dairy free on the packaging but the last ingredient on the list is 'yogurt cultures' ... I've googled it but am still none the wiser.

Hi Kellie, I eat the plain and flavoured Alpro yoghurts as I can't see an thing in the ingredients which are unsuitable. They really are the nicest on the market IMO. I make fruit compote and add either the plain or flavoured versions - scrummie.

I tried the Alpro ones but were a bit too sweet for me. I regularly buy Sojade - french producer. Have not seen them in shops yet though, i get it delivered with my weekly veg box.
The yoghurt cultures are OK btw.
yep i eat them too. The vanilla one is fab! They are totally dairy free.

Take Care
