Hi all. Could someone please let me know if Lactose Monohydrate is on the dairy banned list ? I have been given Warfarin which contains this substance. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks, Steve x
Pretty sure lactose is the sugar. If you goet stuck and google can't help try your pharmacist.

Hi Steve

It acts as a filler in tablets and is OMS friendly as it does not not contain the specific dairy proteins thought to mimic myelin in MS. It can however be problematic if you have lactose intolerance.
