I'm really sorry, but even vegan cheese is a no-go on OMS. If you check the ingredients list, you will see that it contains "vegetable oil and fat (eg coconut)". Such oils are very bad for people with MS.
Processed vegan food is as bad as any processed food. Just because it's vegan doesn't mean it's healthy.

I'm not sure how long you have been following OMS, but you will find that your tastebuds change. I loved cheese, but haven't touched it for over 3 years, and I really don't miss it. The same with chocolate.
