Maybe I forget what cheese tastes like but tried one of the nutcrafter cheeses as posted by Jette and I think it's amazing. Won't use it every day but definitely and very decent cheese analogue. Happy happy happy.
Really glad you enjoyed it, rafticon! I read an interview with one of the founders of the US based Kite Hill creamery - who produce cultured nut milk products similar to the UK Nutcrafter company - and he was saying they basically could not keep up with demand and were busy building bigger premises. So hopefully the growing popularity of nut milk 'cheese will mean that OMSers everywhere will be able to get hold of these products before too long!
