I use a rebounder during my daily workout. I rebound for 50 seconds, then do some type of HIIT exercise (in squats, burpees, pushups, etc) for 50 sec. I exercise for 30 minutes a day. Rebounding has helped with balance and stamina. It has powerful detox properties as well. I also really enjoy it!
Jennifer, Can you tell me what type (brand) of rebounder you have? I do have one that I picked up from a yard sale. I am wondering if it is worth the money to invest in a better one. Do you use a stabilser bar?
