Recent article about a study in the NYT. I'm a trainer and work in the fitness industry (and have MS) so I found this a pretty interesting read as I consider what forms of exercise may be the most neuroprotective :)

I saw this as well.....seems intriguing.

While I currently run, I've always aspired to do more interval training but his article has me reconsidering.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out in future research.
So all the guys pumping iron are not necessarily the cleverest. I find that hard to believe :lol:
