Hello Everyone,

I am sure many of you take regular exercise and have known about the benefits for many years!

I, on the other hand, have never really done any, apart from being outside, in the garden or walking!! Recently I have started to exercise about 5 times a week. I am concentrating on pilates, yoga,Tai Chi with a bit of treadmill and biking thrown in! I am finding this very beneficial, I am beginning to feel fitter, my mobility has improved as well as my fatigue.

I just wanted to encourage anyone, who feels apprehensive about exercise, to give it ago, :)
