Any advice on whether cows milk without A1 beta-casein (ie. A2 beta-casein only) might be okay for those with MS to consume? Some believe A1 milk, the most common kind, can cause inflammatory and immunological effects. See https://keithwoodford.wordpress.com/201 ... ta-casein/
I would steer clear of ALL cows milk and anything made with it in it. Plenty of research supporting this viewpoint.

I occasionally have a soy chai but only if non GMO soy milk.
Casein is not the issue, have a listen.
