Hey everyone,

I'm literally obsessed with this new protein powder I discovered, its called Progressive Harmonized Vegan Protein. But I fear there has to be something bad about it because I do love it so much, it makes everything taste like vanilla ice cream! It is vegan and there is no sat fat (I called the company). Would love to get this crowds opinion on it? I'm blending it with a handful of greens, banana and almond milk. Here is the link

It seems a shame to spoil all those lovely natural greens and banana with highly processed 'pea protein isolate'. I hate to think how much heat and chemicals is involved in extracting and isolating protein from those poor peas!

Much better to focus on whole foods, avoiding processed foods as much as possible.
