I've come across a new plant-based protein called Planted Chicken which for the moment is only available here in Switzerland.
The plain version is made of 4 ingredients only: Pea protein, Pea fibre, Rapeseed oil, Vitamin B12 (and water, making it 5!). No additives, no preservatives, with 3.3 g of fat per 100g of which 0.5 g is saturated. I am interested to know, given that it's Rapeseed oil, if this would be acceptable for the OMS diet?
