It has been a while since I posted here, but the diet plan is going well and I'd love to share one of the best meals I can describe. I once used to eat copious amounts of meat, and now eat only either fish or plant based protein as the main.

Vegan meatballs in wraps with chilli sauce, homemade guacemole and jalepenos with silver skin onions on the side is about heaven on a plate to me nowadays. When I eat fish, I make a nice mackerel/tomato pasta sauce with loads of black olives, capers, jalepenos and nice.
