Hi there,

Is Jonathan White referring to having a mug of cocoa or cacao to keep fatigue away in his blog post?

Having read the blog and linked research it says cocoa but gives no details to really help choose whether cocoa or cacoa.

I have only cocoa in the cupboard so will use that but might look out for some cacoa powder.
