Agreed - something we should all take note of. Am currently not finding the will power to fast at all, but as a teacher just embarking of the school hols I am hoping to be able to reknew my efforts with this. New information is always a good motivator. Thank you.
Thank you for the interesting info! I tried fasting diet several times. However, TBH, it's a bit hard for me to cope with the fast feeling. I've recently came across with the https://betterme.world/articles/does-tea-break-a-fast/ article, and I'm thinking to try the diet once again. Maybe someone else can share your own experience and tips? How you manage to cope with the feeling of hunger?
