Many thanks for posting this link, Heather. Really interesting stuff. I already aim for a 16:8 fast on a daily basis but there is obviously a case for adding in a regular 72 hour water fast as well.

Agreed - something we should all take note of. Am currently not finding the will power to fast at all, but as a teacher just embarking of the school hols I am hoping to be able to reknew my efforts with this. New information is always a good motivator. Thank you.
Thank you for the interesting info! I tried fasting diet several times. However, TBH, it's a bit hard for me to cope with the fast feeling. Maybe someone else can share your own experience and tips? How you manage to cope with the feeling of hunger?
