I have been eating Salmon about twice a week since diagnosis. Sometimes more. I am from the East Coast of Canada but live in Western Canada. If you ask me, Atlantic Salmon is farrrrrrrrr more delicious than Pacific. However, after eating some Fresh Farmed Atlantic Salmon for supper, I looked up nutritional info and was BLOWN AWAY when I saw 12 grams of Saturated Fat in 1 fillet. This is sooooo much more than Pacific Salmon.

I tried to look up the reason why the saturated fat is so much higher in Atlantic (regardless of farmed or fresh). I could not find much. Does anyone have any info to share?
