As a major former sufferer of Eczema, I have some useful tips.
Try not eating tomatoes, strawberries or kiwi fruit for a week.
These foods cause a lot of people eczema especially tomatos.
Since doing this my eczema has dissaperard ( no more cortisone creams! )
I have slowly bought these foods back into my diet and as long as I have small amounts I'm fine.
The only thing I do to my skin now is moisturise with Avenna.
The oils we take are great, but without finding your eczema cause or trigger they don't help a flare up much.
Good luck I put my money on the tomatoes!

Thanks for that Blueberry.

No strawberries recently but kiwifruit and tomatoes definitely. Tomatoes are a staple in my diet so I would have thought that the eczema would not come and go if they are the cause, but will do a trial as suggested. Kiwifruit is not a year round thing for me so could be likely, also given they are cheap this time of year so have that in common with this and the last round of eczema..... Rats if it is, love my kiwifruit.
Which oils are you taking?
Cheers

For me, it was depression and magnesium plus shilajit**. When I read a guy's lengthy webpage at about magnesium, shilajit, stress and depression, I asked my psychiatrist about it and he said, "Don't bother." I ignored him and found magnesium and shilajit to be the most effective "antidepressant" I'd ever tried, and I'd tried plenty.
A year after I had chemotherapy, I developed peripheral neuropathy, painful enough to keep me from falling asleep. After consulting online cancer support groups, I started taking benfotiamine and alpha lipoic acid. Relief after a few days. After about a year, I didn't need them any more.
**it worked for me, but I'm not saying it will work for everyone. I think mag helps Vit D absorption which helps calcium absorption while shilajit resin improved brain function and reduces fatigue. It's soooo complex! And probably every body is different, to boot.
