Is Liposomal B12 safe? Dosage?

Does anyone know if Liposomal B12 is safe and good for us? It's methylated B12 in nano particle size. Better absorbed they say. Of course we want to absorb B12 well and absorption drops as we age, but I start wondering about nano & something unwanted crossing the blood brain barrier. It's BioCeuticals, a good quality brand. I bought a bottle of it on sale but I might revert to methylated B12 tablets again. Except the B12 tabs are 5000mcg which is a lot (they recommend 1 daily though?). I don't eat any animal products and was taking 1 weekly... I realise dosage is still a bit unsettled but ... :?:

Hi I use this b12 now for about 2 years some days I spray twice and never had my doctor say your b12 is high I like it. I started it because of being vegan.

B12 is non-toxic. Research recommendations in Japan, they advise higher levels than western countries. I keep my level up around 600.
