Hi George,

It’s from November 2010 on the subject of vitamin D dosage? I was very disappointed to read that an "expert panel" has decided that 20 to 30 nmol/L is sufficient for most people.
I would like your comments on the article if you have time to read it.

They didn't report that 20-30nmol/L was OK Jim, but that 20-30ng/mL was OK. The conversion factor is 2.5 to get nmol/L, so they suggested that it was OK to be 50-75nmol/L. See my report on this for my views....
