I was at 75, what level should I be aiming for? Am I fine where I am at?
no that is low even for normal standards. We need to aim for around 150.
It depends if you are in the States where the unit is ng/mL or elsewhere in the world where the unit is nmol/L.

The recommendation of 150 - 225 nmol/L = 60 - 90 ng/mL
