Is there a time of day (i.e. with breakfast, or dinner, etc.) that's best to take Vitamin D for maximum absorption?

Is it okay to take the whole dosage at once?

And is it okay to take it at the same time as the Omega-3 (fish oil) capsules?

Vitamin d is a fat soluble vitamin so sounds like a plan to take it with your oil supplement or at least when you eat
