Relaxing (meditation?) and sunlight

I have found that my 15 minutes in the sun 3-5 times a week is a good opportunity to relax and breathe deeply. I set my cooking timer so I don't have to worry about the time and use the yoga Savasana (corpse) pose. This may not be full meditation but it is a start and is relaxing.
