Since starting OMS are you eating more bread or even pasta?
Thinking of the gluten link.
Possibly veg - I like my FSO on toast :). I will try without for a while and see if it helps. It is bizarre that I am doing so much more "anti-inflammatory" stuff and NOW start to get inflammation! My Dr diagnosed bursitis for my hip but the throbbing pain goes down my leg to my ankle and my lower back is not good either . My MS symptoms are good though :)
