Hi, My husband has MS and we have been mulling over supplementing our son for a while. He is now 20 months and I wondered what the correct amount of Vit D is that he should take. My husband takes the 5000iu that Prof Jelineck recommends. I had previoulsy check the amount when he was 10 months but wondered if the new doesage could be clarified. Many Thanks Joanna

Hi Joanna See the page on Preventing MS in Family Members under The Recovery Program which spells out how to calculate the dose. You need his weight. Best wishes George
