Hello
I don't know if you have seen this website? It is authored by a girl who is using Prof Coimbra's approach, succesfully.

There are many related sites and Facebook pages, The following is in Portuguese but you can get a rough (very rough) translation by using Google Translate, and has many, many testimonies from Prof. Coimbra's patients.

I found it interesting that both OMS and Prof Coimbra's protocol seem to be successful. I wonder if it is because Vitamin D malabsorbtion results in auto immune dieases, so, taking i(ndividually prescribed) mega doses of Vitamin D is effective. The OMS protocol meanwhile is also effective, perhaps because, if you look at some of the things which prevent Vitamin D from metabolising, they include, saturated fats, low fibre, refined sugar, smoking, and stress, all of which are avoided in the OMS protocol.. So the change in lifestyle factors allows Vitamin D to metabolise.I am hypothesising, but it does otherwise seem odd that both protocols are successful, unless they are related
It would be interesting to know if any of Professor Coimbra's patients were already following OMS and if so, do they need less Vitamin D than if they had not been following it.
Good luck.
