Hi all

As you probably will have guessed I really listen to anything on the tv which picks up things that will be familiar to us on the programme.

Yesterday I was watching a segment on a tv show about how to protect our bodies for the winter. The woman spent a lot of time talking about gut health and it's importance. Also the importance of vitamin d especially for those with auto-immune disease.

This has come after many tv shows that have mentioned things that the programme endorses.

That was a good spot, slowly the message is getting out there.
