New research: The Vitamin D Blunder

New research shows that the recommended vitamin D intake is dangerously low, and has led to vitamin D deficiency across the globe.

However, the findings can reassure people on the OMS Recovery Program that taking higher doses of vitamin D is a big boost for their health.

People are arguing against this on the Facebook OMS page. Facebook drives me up the wall.

I don't use the FB page at all. I get enough from here to read.

I agree, I don't use Facebook, I've seen it cause to many problems.

I do think we miss out though, the Facebook page seems to get much more traffic and Information than the Forum.

I suspect that's because Facebook as a format tends to work better for those who have an attention span which is equal to that of a goldfish - and that seems to be more the norm these days than any actual or real thought processes..... :roll:
