Sunlight and Vitamin D

Hello all. I have been using nature's remedy vitd3 10000 for the past 7 years but for some reason there is now a problem with the site.
Can anyone in the uk recommend a good uk supplier which can deliver hard tablets as opposed to gel capsules, as I don't want to ingest the oil they contain?

Strong sunlight along with saturated fats on skin such as coconut oil ...creates the most Vitamin D. Do Not take a bath/shower for 2 hours after sunbath to let the skin Vit D to seep inside the blood vessels. Taking supplements can be a good idea too
