I have RRMS and I've trained and run 2 marathons successfully. It was so much fun and 10 years later I'm still an exercise junky. As others have said it's important to get in the correct amount of training whether you have MS or not as if you don't you are at risk of injury and not enjoying the experience. To rule out any concerns you have you should discuss it with your Neurologist and/or GP.
