I've just started teaching myself to run. I downloaded an app that is coaching me slowly to increase my running distance to 5km.

However this morning I've just woken up with vertigo! I've had it before, years before MS and it eventually went away.

I'm wondering if running has "dislodged" something in my inner ear and caused it. I've got an appointment with my neurologist today just in case it's MS related.

Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to stop running, I'm really enjoying it!
