Hi, I’ve been a member for some time but never posted before. Ive had MS for 26 years and after being on the Swank diet on and off for many years I read George’s book 5 years ago and have been following the programme since then and feel great!
Is there anyone on the forum that has tried or is using this method? If so what are your successes?
I’ve been practicing for 2 months and feel great I was wondering if anyone else was on the method and had done any of the courses and what benefits it has had for you.

Hi Lisa. Welcome! In short, I do and have...I like Wim, his attitude is contagious. And I don't think there's any of that "guru" vibe with him; I think he genuinely believes in what he's doing and he doesn't want to get rich doing it. I'd have to dig it up, but there was a testimonial on Wim's site of an OMSer who swears by this method. I don't practice daily, but I use the breathing methods and find it definitely mitigates stress. It's one more tool in the tool box. It's pretty similar to Pranayama breathing techniques..
