Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis

I feel like a kid. I live in a coastal town that is all views and hills, serious hills everywhere. No way I could get up them on a bike. My left foot is spastic so no long walks.

I bought a cheapish electric bike second hand last year and liked it, but it wasn't strong enough. So I mulled and thought and then committed to a very $$$$ bike, but it is fabulous. I can go up all the hills, get assist when i want, pedal when I want and get exercise and fresh air.

I recommend it for people who feel comfortable biking.
