I came across restorative yoga last year & have switched to it for my daily practice. It is so deeply nurturing I just love it.
If I am tired in the afternoon I simple do one or more poses for a while & feel restored.
I have also found that I am much calmer as it trains the body to calm down.

I found loads of youtube videos & did them for a while & now I have a few favorite poses that I settling into

OMS 18th September 2014 & loving it!
This looks interesting, sounds good.
Is this your daily OMS exercise routine or in addition to other exercise? I am trying to get back into a routine. I recently moved and there is no local gym to go to anymore (I'm in a rural area). There's a bunch of snow outside, so outdoor exercises are not an option for me right now. This Restorative Yoga looks good no matter what and am going to try it starting today! Thank you for sharing. :)

Thanks for sharing! I have been doing Restorative yoga for a few years. Small class, no more than 7. The instructor is trained to help modify our postures, we work on different breathing, and I find it helps me a lot. May not do much after the class but helps keep me grounded.
