I want to post this because now that I'm doing Yoga, I wish I had known about it years ago. It's the single most amazing thing. It's not straining or goal-oriented, but your posture, stance, strength and flexibility will increase in amazing ways. You will feel great in your own body like you did when you were small.

Look at her and give it a try. I recommend keeping away from any non-traditional yoga that is intense.
