Hello you all,

I've been practicing yoga, and really enjoy doing it! It brings me peace and truly makes me feel better.

I practice at home because it's easier to schedule, so I usually watch videos on Youtube.

I really would like to improve my practice but it seems that the teachers that I follow on my Youtube don't really propose any evolution in their tutorials, it pretty much stays the same level!

So, as many of you practice, do you have any Youtube channels or books to recommend so I can go further in my practice of yoga?

Thanks again, take care,

Rachel :)
Hi Rachel

I have just bought a DVD called Dahn Yoga for people with MS. I have only done it once so far, but it focuses on stimulating the CNS, It is not like any sort of yoga I have done before, but I really enjoyed it and I felt energised afterwards.

There are lots of Yogis on the forum who will be able to point you in the direction of more traditional yoga, I'm sure!

Rachel
