I'm up to 20 lengths back stroke with the float between my knees so I just use my arms, 10 lengths front crawl, and 6 lengths walking ( (a mixture of forwards, backwards and sideways). I can do the backstroke lengths without stopping for a rest!

I feel just fantastic for it... it's brilliant. Definitely go if you haven't yet!
