Balance and the diet/lifestyle

Hi All,

When i walk, i generally feel like i'm off balance. I don't trip but feel like i could topple sideways.
Can anyone tell me if they've had improvements in their balance following the diet and how long it took to feel any improvement?

I have. After one year I noticed that I had stopped falling over, and another year further on I am seeing more improvements - stairs are much easier, I can stand on one leg and get dressed, I can do more yoga poses etc. All things that greatly improve my quality of life!

I keep a diary which makes very encouraging reading - great motivation to keep on with the OMS lifestyle!

I seriously recommend pilates - noticeable improvements to my balance and coordination within 3 weeks of starting once weekly 45 min classes
