I've been trying to follow what I know of the OMS diet for the last 8 months. It's hard to tell how much saturated fat I'm really eating a day, but I'm guessing around 7 grams. I've cut out dairy, but eat fish and the occasional bit of chicken breast. I can't seem to tolerate flax oil, so I take 2 fish oil capsules a day. I feel like there has been some improvements in my MS and no significant relapses, so I think it is helping somewhat.
What are your thoughts?

I his book George Jelinek recommends not to count saturated fat grams you are eating per day.
