It would be nice, for us newbies, if someone could please give a sample menu of an acceptable OMS diet. With detailed suggestions for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks....and daily supplements.

Yesterday I had...
Breakfast: muesli with blueberries, flaxseed oil and apple juice plus a cup of Lady Grey tea
Supplements (with breakfast): 10,000iu vitamin D, vitamin B complex
Snack: Coffee with soya milk plus some Sesame Snaps
Lunch: red pepper hummus with vegetable sticks (carrot, celery, red pepper and mushroom) and wholemeal pitta bread plus a cup of Lady Grey tea
Dinner: 1/2 butternut squash, stuffed with cannellini beans, walnuts and thyme, plus salad and a soya yoghurt for dessert, with a bottle of Staropramen lager
There were probably another 1 or 2 cups of tea (Lady Grey or green tea with mint) at various points too
