Thanks,
Jackie

Hi Jackie,

I find the simpler you keep things the better. Today I'm having:

Oatmeal porridge with sprinkling flaked almonds and dried fruit medley, soy milk and a little honey
cup tea
Rice crackers, carrot sticks and cup of coffee (made with soy milk)
Bread roll with vegemite and avocado
Orange
cup tea
Apple
cup tea
Huge mixed salad of salad greens, snow peas, little smoked salmon, red onion, couple asparagus spears, cooked diced potatoes, balsamic vinegar, EVOO.
Slice of fruit bread
cup tea
Supplements: Fish oil, vit D, complex vit B.
1 litre water

My favourite foods at the moment are oatmeal porridge and oranges.

Regards
Donna
