Great idea - got the Gawler book but this is ongoing. Never going to run out of ideas now :)
Two questions -
Can you add a recipe?
Will some of the recipes on the forum be added?

It would be great to have them all in one place.
This is great, just what I need, a little encouragement and new recipes!

I notice that some of the receipies have quite a lot of EVOO in them, eg Spinach and Walnut Pesto, Tapenade, Mayonnaise
Is that not too much sat fat? ... (please say no, please say no, please say no :) )

Perhaps I've been too strict on myself!?
Glenda those things you mention are always high in sat.fat because of the olive oil
