Thanks Wendy this is my first Christmas eating OMS friendly as I was only diagnosed in May and went to the retreat in August, these recipes will be a great help to make Christmas just as special as every year :D :D with great tasting food

Hi and thank you Wendy, I saw that lovely Christmas menu from last year, but wandering where is a recipe for that gorgeous Christmas pudding ,please could you post it ,thank you Mirjana
Mirjana, here is the link to the Christmas pudding recipe. When I made it I had mixture left over so I made individual puds in teacups and steamed them for 2 hours, although they would probably have been cooked in one hour.
