Hi All!
Was just wondering if anyone had any website/blogs they could recommend that had recipes following the OMS Diet?
Finding a lot of plant based recipes but none that follow the OMS diet exactly.
Would appreciate any help.
Thank you,
Caitlyn

Hi Caitlyn

I have just ordered Jenna Zoe's book Super Healthy Snacks and Treats. My mum had a supplement of her recipes in the newspaper and they looked to be pretty OMS friendly (with the exception of some chocolate/coconut oil!) so I've bought the book. Amazon are due to deliver it today, so I will let you know whether it's worth purchasing!

If you are on Facebook, there is a page called What We Eat - Recipes for Overcoming MS. The page owner follows OMS, and posts links to recipes that are OMS, or almost OMS, friendly.

Hope this helps.

I used fatfree vegan early on in adopting the diet and still use a few recipes I found on there on a regular basis:

This Facebook link should be useful, as it's specifically OMS: https://www.facebook.com/pages/What-We- ... 64?fref=ts

I've just finished reading one of Gillian McKeith's books. Her recipes are good, she doesn't use milk or red meat or wheat, and almost all of them are OMS friendly. If you google 'Gillian McKeith recipes' you'll find loads of them.
