Hello I've tried the biryani and the courgette pasta recipes this week and they are lovely and easily adaptable (oil is the only non oms friendly ingredient)


Great link - thanks so much. We all need to get better at adjusting the vast range of recipes out there rather than dismissing everything not presented as not 100% OMS. This is for life so let's get adjusting and being creative :) xx
Pleased you liked it Sophie. The courgette pasta one doesn't even need adjusting as the oil is stirred through at the end. Literally takes as long as the pasta takes to cook. I did half evvo/half flaxseed oil. Yummy and super easy and quick x
