I'm wondering why so many recipes on this site involve oils other than linseed/extra virgin olive oil or frying? And can anyone recommend a source of oil -free recipes? Thanks :-)
I always fry but I Never use oil, I stir sizzle using water only.
I just replace oil with water and if it is baking I use maybe ground almonds or apple puree. I don't cook with oil even if it is listed on this site I still remove the oil.
I do the same as veg, don't notice any difference in flavour or anything.
