I started oms recently and I have a bit of a hard time with meal ideas, Plus it's a little difficult with kids. Any easy recipes that you want to share. So far my meals have been almost repetitive. I also have a few questions. What can I use for salad dressing or pasta sauce? Am I able to eat the tomato pasta sauce? Thank you!
Salad Dressing

My tomato sauce is canned tomato sauce, with parsley, chives, sweet basil, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper, mint, thyme, oregano, marjoram, rosemary and a dash of Worcestershire Sauce.

For two meals for a family of 8 I use 6 - 7 x 15 oz cans.
2 tbs parsley,
2 tbs chives,
1 tbs Sweet Basil
2 tsp each onion and garlic powder,
1/2 tsp salt and
1 tsp pepper,
1/2 tsp mint,
1 tsp thyme,
1 tsp oregano,
1/2 tsp marjoram,
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 - 2 tsp dash of Worcestershire Sauce.

Bring to a boil, then turn it down and simmer for at least 35 - 40 minutes, flavor wise it's even better on the second day.

Shop bought pasta sauce is going to be down to reading the label very closely.

Thank you for ideas. Can I use baking powder? I plan on attempting to make pancakes.
Baking powder is fine.
I find 1 tablespoon of miled flax seed is a good 1 egg replacer.
I did a pasta sauce last night for a quick meal. Dry fried a red onion with garlic and added passatta, chopped black olives, capers and oregano. Tasted great and was ready as fast as the pasta.
