This may have been discussed previously... but I'm bringing it up again. :)

I'm on Gilenya, it's ok, no side effects that I can tell. It seems to be working, so far. I'm still however suffering from a number of symptoms and I'm looking into trying LDN to help improve cognitive function and fatigue.

I'm wondering what people's experience on LDN is for their MS? I've heard positive and negative things about it. And also what about taking DMDs and LDN together? I read the section in George's new book about LDN and that it looks positive.

Any advice/info would be great. I'm meeting with a prescribing doctor next week.

Hi,
I' ve been on LDN for almost 2 years.
To find you all you need to know about it there is a Facebook group called..
LDN Research Trust.
There files section is very informative.
As LDN is an immune stimulator it may not work with Gilenya as that is an immune suppressant.
For me LDN helped with fatigue and gave me endorphins.
I've still had attacks while being on it, but the in the group I referred to, most of them have not.
My dose is 1.5mg.
Some take liquid, some pills.
I get a 50mg pill and make up my own liquid thus isn't as stable but I live a long way from a compounding pharmacy.
Good luck with your research.
