Hey all,

There's a company in Canada called Three Farmers making roasted chickpeas and lentils with camelina oil. Doing a bit of research on camelina oil, it's known as "false flax" and seems to have similar properties, though it is a bit higher in saturated fat and lower in omega-3. Not seeing this as a substitute for flaxseed oil substitution, but it's very hard, if not impossible, to find crunchy snacks (which my wife used to love) that are OMS-compliant. These look like they might be close. Anyone with thoughts on them?

These don't look bad at all, but it's very easy to make roasted chickpeas. There's loads of flavours you can try and many recipes on the Internet. For example:
