Join the 300 Challenge!

Every day, 300 people across the world are diagnosed with MS. So this June we’re asking you to join the 300 challenge – your challenge, your way.

Choose your own goal, whether it’s knitting 3 jumpers, walking 30 minutes a day or 300 squats throughout the month. Check out some of our challenge ideas, or come up with your own! Everyone who raises £300 or more will receive a well-deserved medal in the post.

Skydive for Overcoming MS

Are you looking for the ultimate adrenaline rush?

This once in a lifetime, exhilarating experience will give you the chance to freefall from 10,000ft, reaching speeds of up to 120mph.

It’s also an amazing way to fundraise for us… and what’s perfect about this challenge is that you can take part wherever and whenever you want; with no experience required!

We have partnered with tandem skydiving specialists, Skyline, who offer full support on the day and offer 20 jump locations across the UK.
