This brand-new course is designed to support people who are looking to move forward with making long term, sustainable lifestyle changes. With options to follow the full Program over a period of 6 months, or individual pillars, this course is full of tips and advice from our experts, to help you build healthy and positive new lifestyle habits. You can choose from the following courses:

- Stress Management & Meditation
- The Full Program
We've worked with experts in each area of the Program to create a 6 month course which sets realistic and achievable goals each month. We know for many people it can be challenging knowing where to begin with making lifestyle changes, so you can be confident that our helpful, clear, expert-led guides will give you all the tools you need. How the course works
You'll be able to start this free course at any time that suits you, making a commitment to follow the course over six months, so you can make it work around your life and commitments. The pace of the course each month has been chosen specifically to make it a sustainable, long-term change. However, all the course material is available to you straight away, so you'll be able to see what's coming up next each month if you want to.
With a combination of video, written guides and downloadable pdfs, we wanted to ensure this course was as accessible as possible for all learning styles and abilities.
